UCLA Anderson School of Management will host the Global Sport Business Forum

The Sports, Entertainment and Media Center will showcase the power of the sports community in the Angels and beyond

THE ANGELS, October 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — In October 21the UCLA Anderson School of Management Sports, Media and Entertainment Center will host from UCLA first Annual Global Sports Business Forum at the historic Pauley Pavilion in the University of California at Los Angeles installations. Featuring decision-makers across media platforms, sports teams and leagues, and innovators at tech companies and global brands, the day-long forum will focus on exploding business opportunities across the sports ecosystem.

The event will explore the innovation and consumer trends that will shape the industry in the coming years, including global fandom, sports betting, brand and entertainment associations, NIL (name, image and likeness) and emerging technologies such as NFT and the metaverse.

In addition to traditional presentations, the experience will feature workshops for students and athletes, an exhibit space showcasing early-stage companies and innovative technologies related to athlete performance, fan experiences, smarter venues and more.

Additionally, the Sports Business Forum will feature financial education workshops to help athletes maintain and grow their wealth.
